Timber Frame Barn

This image was provided by Vermot Timber Works.  This barn frame was built on top of cement block walls.  The frame itself is simple, yet, provides a very sturdy construction.  Timber frame construction is used not only to build barns, but quite often, to build very nice and attractive houses and other structures with exposed beams.
